By accessing Gulf Dropship, creating an account, browsing products, submitting COD orders, using seller features, or contacting our team, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any related policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website, seller account, order submission system, or related services.

Gulf Dropship provides a platform for sellers who want to source, list, promote, and submit confirmed COD orders for Gulf countries without buying inventory in advance.

  • Sellers choose products from available listings.
  • Sellers promote products through their own channels.
  • Sellers submit genuine confirmed customer COD orders.
  • Gulf Dropship supports order processing, fulfilment, delivery, and settlement.

Sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, contact details, payout information, and account security. Sellers must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons.

  • Use your account only for genuine selling activity.
  • Keep your login details secure.
  • Provide correct bank or payout details for weekly cash out.
  • Do not create fake, duplicate, or misleading accounts.

Product information may include product images, descriptions, cost price, suggested selling price, stock status, country availability, delivery charges, and estimated profit.

Product availability, pricing, packaging, images, supplier details, and delivery options may change without prior notice due to market, supplier, courier, or operational changes.

Sellers may set their own customer selling price. Sellers should consider product cost, country-wise delivery charges, return charges, advertising cost, service charges, and desired profit margin before finalizing the customer price.

Estimated profit shown on the website or dashboard is for planning only. Final profit may change due to delivery failure, return, customer refusal, deductions, or settlement adjustments.

Sellers must submit only genuine, confirmed COD orders. Each order should include correct customer name, phone number, country, city, delivery address, product, quantity, selling price, and any required delivery notes.

  • Fake, duplicate, or unconfirmed orders are not allowed.
  • Incorrect details may cause cancellation, delay, return, or payout hold.
  • Orders may be reviewed or verified before processing.

Sellers are responsible for their own ads, product claims, marketing content, customer communication, pricing promises, and compliance with advertising platform rules.

Sellers must not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about any product, delivery timeline, warranty, return option, or profit guarantee.

Gulf Dropship is prepared for Gulf markets including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain. Delivery coverage depends on country, city, courier coverage, product availability, and operational limitations.

  • Delivery charges may vary by country and order type.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only.
  • Public holidays, courier delays, remote areas, or incorrect address may affect delivery.

Gulf Dropship aims to provide weekly cash out for eligible sellers. Payout eligibility depends on successful delivery, COD collection, customer confirmation, return status, payout details, and final order verification.

  • Delivered and verified orders may be eligible for weekly settlement.
  • Returned, cancelled, fake, disputed, or failed orders may be excluded.
  • Deductions may apply for return charges, failed delivery, service charges, or corrections.

Return handling depends on the reason for return, customer response, courier report, product condition, order status, and Gulf Dropship review.

  • Customer refusal may result in return charges or deductions.
  • Wrong address or unreachable customer may cause failed delivery.
  • Return cases may affect seller profit and weekly cash out.

Refunds or adjustments may be reviewed after checking order status, courier report, customer claim, product condition, and seller-provided information.

Gulf Dropship may approve, reject, hold, or adjust any refund, return, or payout case based on verification and applicable policy.

Gulf Dropship may restrict, suspend, or review seller accounts if suspicious activity, fake orders, duplicate orders, abusive conduct, customer data misuse, payout abuse, or policy violations are identified.

  • Fake COD orders are strictly not allowed.
  • Misuse of customer data may result in account restriction.
  • Repeated failed delivery from seller-side issues may lead to review.

Seller and customer information is used for account management, COD order processing, delivery support, customer confirmation, returns, payouts, fraud prevention, and support.

Sellers must submit customer data only for genuine confirmed orders and must not misuse, resell, expose, or share customer information outside legitimate order handling.
